Hey everyone! Here are some very important updates after today's practice
1. Tickets
All Sec 1s are reminded that ALL ticket stubs and money have to be returned latest by 25th November 2009. After Wednesday, everything will be considered sold. Seniors are also reminded to return their tickets by Wednesday, unless you are confident you can finish selling the entire booklet and can return it on concert day itself or after the concert. All ticket stubs that are submitted after the concert are considered fully sold and you have to pay the full $150.
2. Meeting time and Attire on 28th November, Saturday
All band members (including junior band) are supposed to report to the band room at 12.15pm on saturday, in FULL school uniform(white based shirt with pinafore and school shoes and school socks). Have lunch before you come.
At 12.15, start moving all percussion instruments and other bigger instruments down to be ready to be loaded onto the lorry. You are supposed to carry your own stands and files there.
The concert will end around 9.30-9.45, so please ask your parents to pick you up at around 11-11.15pm because we still have to pack up everything and come back to school.
Alumni who are playing with us, please take note that the attire is black blouse with collar, black pants and court shoes. Blouse must be either long sleeve or length at elbow, no short sleeve. The sound check starts at 2pm.
3. Sydney Deposit
Please hand in the $800 together with the 2 photocopies of your passport, along with the form before 28th November. Whether the trip is on or not will be confirmed when band resumes after christmas.
Also, SLs, please remind your sec ones to bring their court shoes on wednesday and ensure that the soles of their shoes are rubberized
