Hey everyone, it's 1 month to SYF, 4 weeks to go (about 12 more practices)
And like what Denise used to tell us 2 years ago, we're all in this together (:
Mr Tang said today, why not give it our all right now and have no regrets?
So let's all work hard for the remaining weeks and make the best of everything and all the time we have left. It's the last mile already.
The reality is, we only have 1 chance and we're only given around 10 minutes to prove ourselves. We must remember this and prepare ourselves mentally. Anything can happen on that day.
Like what the teachers have said, we have no idea who's the band before us is and it is beyond our control.
If the band before us is playing the same song as us, so what?
If the band before us is a former Gold with Honours band, so what?
We cannot let anything bring us down now, and we must be confident of everything that we've done for the past few months.
What's most important is we stay focused, and we remember everything Mr Tan has taught us and remember what we're there for.
Don't allow anything to distract you or hinder you from playing your best.
We'll impress the judges with our confidence and our playing (:
As long as we all put in our best effort, we'll leave the SCH with no regrets no matter what the outcome is.
