Hey everyone (: It's ONE day to our concert!! Are you all excited?
Ok first of all, I want everyone to remember what this concert is for, who it is dedicated to and realise how meaningful this concert is. Be musical, play your heart out for sir, and the rest of our fellow band mates who are not able to be there with us tomorrow. So we'll make Faith, Hope & Love II a good one and we'll play every note off our score and treasure our time up there on the stage (Well, technically we're not on the stage but just pretend we are, lol. Anyway that is not the point!!)
Anyway on a more serious note, please bear in mind everything that sir has gone through with us. Like for the beginning of die fledermaus, remember to articulate correctly. Slur when you have to slur and tongue when you're supposed to tongue. Please remember to tongue shorter because the hall is very wet and creates a lot of echo so, basically that's it.
Hope to see all of you tomorrow excited and ready to perform. Be in the band room by 1, in your pinafore + white based shirt, BRING YOUR FULL SET OF UNIFORM.. (Blazer, stockings, court shoes, blouse, skirt, comm badge, hair pins, etc.) Please make sure your nails are trimmed too. No coloured toenails please.
